Parking Information

Bicycle Racks & Storage

If you would like to utilize the secured bike storage room on the lower level of the parking garage located behind building 12110 Sunset Hills Rd, please complete the Bicycle Storage Registration Form and submit to the Management Office.  Upon receipt of your completed form, you will be issued access via your Datawatch fob.

If your fob is lost, please report it immediately to the Management Office.  

 

Parking

12100 Sunset Hills:   Located near the Town Center Parkway entrance of our property.  

12110 & 12120 Sunset Hills:   Located behind 12110 and 12120 Sunset Hills Road on the north side of our property.   

RTC West has ample parking available for office and retail employees. Employees are required to park on levels 1, 3 and 4 of the West parking garage and Levels 2-4 in the East Garage. Surface lot parking is designated as 2 hour parking or less. Towing will be enforced if violation of this policy occurs.

Vehicles found to be on the property for more than 48 hours continuously will be towed.
