Loading Docks

Loading Dock Locations:

  • 12100 Sunset Hills:   Located on the surface lot on the south side of the building, between MVB Bank and Honeygrow
  • 12110 Sunset Hills:   Located on the north-facing side of the building next to the parking garage
  • 12120 Sunset Hills:   Located on the eastern side of the building next to the parking garage

A valid COI for the moving company must be filed with the management office prior to deliveries/moves taking place.  The material lift will need to be used at 12110 and 12120 Sunset Hills Road to move items into the basement so that they can be loaded onto the freight elevator. An engineer may be required to assist.  

Tenants may use the loading dock by appointment only.

Moves are not permitted until after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and must be scheduled with the Property Management Team.
